Dutch financial group Van der Moolen acquired of Curvalue on January 2, 2006. Most of Curvalue’s Proprietary traders were let go during June 2006.
On September 10, 2009 Van der Moolen filed for bankruptcy. It’s dealings are being investigated by the Dutch market regulator AFM.
