I’ve traded with a few other firms and CTG has given me the best options for my style. I can trade anything including OTC and pinks. ECN fees are low if you take liquidity because of all the free routes.
They also include a private members section with training tests, videos, software tutorials, etc and the ability to use their two chat rooms. one for noobs that had 10-15 traders and a experienced trader room that had about 50. they don’t provide the most leverage or lowest rate of any firm, but they do pay careful attention to risk-management and have live full-time support, even their IT department will help with any equipment you get for trading. Just make sure to negotiate rates and not go with the standard fee schedule.

at this point i have only been using CTG for a little over 6 months, but in that time i have had zero complaints. good borrows on what i have been playing,customer service is on point,and the platform has a lot of good tools to use. takes a minute to figure out how exactly the platform works but their is a download with instructions off the site. the fact you can get over the PDT rule with less money is clutch.great experience so far,just hoping that they implement the ACH deposit and withdraw soon,the wire transfers is the only problem i have at this point.
Don’t trade with them. They will sneakily rip you off. 0 experience trader working there, so you won’t learn anything either.
ctg has been a great firm to trade with. low minimum, lots of bp, great rates, and a really wide selection of trading platforms. their customer service is great but their short requests can take a while with wedbush. overall its a solid group to trade with.
not sure why haha posts the bad review. i’ve been trading with the group remotely from spain for a few months. so far, so good. their research is top notch. I get tier 1′s, anytime ive had an issue with the platform or accounting software, veronica or doron have answered my emails right away. I’ve taken some of chester’s classes too and thought it was good extra value. I get every morning the news from Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citi, DB, Morgan Stanley also receive Bernstein, Brean, Ripple, Albert Fried, LazardCap, CIRA, Argus, Maxim Group & a few others. I would say access to research at prop firms is far more accessible.
